Cultist of Doom

You are a cultist, tasked with summoning the elder gods through human sacrifice.

It's not graphic per-say, but the game does deal with human sacrifice and self harm.

I couldn't resolve a bug that caused the game to crash when uploaded as html5, so it's an exe download instead.
